Training and development
The people who care for young children have one of the most important jobs in the world. This includes parents, teachers and caregivers. Yet, most of them aren’t given the resources and tools they need to succeed at work.
As childcare providers and advocates for high-quality early years care and education, we know how to provide adults with the knowledge and tools to enjoy and thrive in their work with children.
Our co-founder and lead trainer, Justina, is a HRDF-certified trainer with a background in in Positive Discipline and RIE® Foundations. She was a preschool teacher in a Reggio-inspired school. A researcher and consultant, she has contributed to national projects on youth-at-risk and urban planning for the World Bank and UNDP.
